Why participate this year?

Festival des Fleurs is the premier garden show and sale in the Lafayette area. Our show is unique in that all of our vendors sell a variety of plants and other gardening-related items like pottery, bird feeders, tools, and books.

There is no better time to join us as a vendor!

Vendor Information

Deadline - March 15, 2025

*Requests for a full refund for cancellations must be made before this date.

Vendor Badges

  • Vendors will be given two badges per booth space.
    Additional badges can be purchased for $4 each. 

  • Badges must be worn to gain entry into the show.

Sales

  • The vendor retains 100% of their sales

  • The vendor is responsible for applicable licenses and taxes

Vendor Parking

Please do not park vehicles and trailers near the entrance and exit doors. Instead, please park some distance away from these areas to leave the prime parking spaces for our visitors purchasing your items.

Set-Up and Take Down

  • Set up is Friday, April 4, 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • Only carry-in items will be allowed to be brought in on Saturday, April 6.

  • Bring your own carts, wagons, dollies, etc. for set-up. No carts will be provided by the Festival committee.

  • Vendors cannot drive into the coliseum. Vendors can use the front or rear of the coliseum to unload on the concrete and at the rear of the Coliseum where the roll-up door is located. On show day, no parking will be allowed in front of the Coliseum.

  • Refrain from hauling items to your booth for replenishing during show hours. Hallway doors located around the Coliseum are fire exits and can not be propped open by vendors during show hours to bring in more items. Purchase adequate booth space to avoid this issue.

  • Break down is 4:00 p.m. Please do not dismantle your booths before then.

Security

  • Security will be provided Friday night.

  • Every reasonable effort will be made to prevent loss.

  • The Festival and its committee are not responsible for any loss or damage.
